When it comes to fashionable pets, Jordan Clark’s Pitbull mix Taaka wins best of show. Clark, who has crafted handmade, custom collars for more than seven years, was inspired by her rough-and-tumble pup to create a durable, locally sourced product that would not only last, but also make a statement to reflect Taaka’s bubbly personality.
And thus, Scatterbrained Collars, LLC, was born. Clark originally fulfilledorders through Facebook and local craft fairs before opening up her own storefront in Olive Branch’s Old Towne District. From collars to leashes and bandanas, her work can add a little whimsical flair to any animal: dogs, cats, even horses. The following products are available for custom order through her shop:
Flower Collar, $28
This festive floral collar with flower attachment is the perfect way to ring in the spring. This item comes in limited quantities made from vintage pillowcases. Perfect for the pet that wants to make a bold statement!

This slip-on bandana is made from high-quality 100 percent cotton fabric. They are easily able to slip onto the collar without having any knots or excess fabric around your pets' necks. These bandanas are also machine washable and come in several different sizes.
Bowtie, $12
These fun bowties easily attach to most collars by using a heavy-duty Velcro to wrap around the collar. Great for birthdays, formal events and sporting a little personal style.
Patterned Leash, $22.50
ScatterBrained also welcomes custom orders and sizes of nearly any fabric available at the store. Each leash is constructed using top quality hardware, heavyweight webbing and durable fabrics.
